A blockchain is a distributed and decentralised digital ledger (record book) technology used to record transactions across multiple computers.
Think of it as a big library with parts of a unique object stored in different locations. This ensures security, transparency and immutability of the data. It is the underlying technology behind cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum, as well as NFTs like our Crypto Stamps.
